Getting to the Closing Table, Together
Meet Ruma Mazumdar, ESQ.
Founder & Principal Attorney, (She/Her)
Ruma is no stranger to entrepreneurship and legacy creation. Born and raised in New Jersey as the daughter of immigrant entrepreneurs, she witnessed firsthand the power of real estate ownership in building long-term financial security. After years of handling high-stakes litigation in the commercial arena, she founded Key Esquire to help first-time homebuyers, sellers, and investors navigate property transactions with legal confidence.
But real estate ownership is just the first step. Without a solid estate plan, assets can be vulnerable to unnecessary taxes, legal disputes, and costly probate. That’s why Ruma also helps individuals, families, and business owners protect their legacies—ensuring their wealth is safeguarded for generations to come.
